UPDATE: Arcadia Lofts Construction

The Lowertown Neighborhood Association recently received the following update concerning Arcadia Lofts, the new building to be constructed between 8th & 9th St NE:

“The project will begin on or around March 20th, 2026. All construction work should be completed on June 30th, 2027, depending on spring weather, with the last few items being landscaping. We hope to be accepting new tenants to the building starting May 15th, 2027. 

There will be a construction fence around the entire block during construction, and the sidewalks will not be accessible.  They will be replaced as part of the project.  Trucks and construction materials will be delivered to the site frequently, and we ask neighbors and residents to be careful while driving and walking in the area. 

Kraus Anderson will be the General Contractor and will follow all building guidelines set forth by the City of Rochester.  No one is allowed on the site during construction without a signed waiver, necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and a member of the construction or development team.
